Ownership

3 answers

01Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, hosting, CMS, analytics, email accounts and source repository are all created in your name. We are invited as a collaborator and can be removed at any time.

02Do you provide hosting?

We configure hosting on an account owned and paid for directly by you, so there is no monthly fee routed through us and no lock-in.

03What happens if I want to move to another developer?

Nothing breaks. Every account is already yours, so you simply remove our access. There is no proprietary platform to migrate off.

Working together

04Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You receive step-by-step guides with screenshots. You create the accounts, we do the configuration and the build.

05How long does it take?

Most template-based websites take 3–10 business days once your content and account access are in. Custom projects are scoped and dated before you commit.

06What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, text for each page, images, and the accounts from the onboarding checklist. If copy is not ready, we can shape what you send.

Pricing

07How many revision rounds are included?

Starter includes one round, Tailored includes two, Custom is agreed up front. Additional rounds are quoted before any work starts.

08What are the payment terms?

A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due at launch. The split is stated on your quote before you commit. Fixed-price packages do not change mid-project unless you ask for scope beyond what was agreed.

After launch

2 answers

09Can I edit the content myself?

Yes, on the sections connected to a CMS. Tailored and Custom packages include a CMS for selected content and a short handover walkthrough.

10Can you maintain the site after launch?

Yes, and it is optional. Support is quoted separately as either monthly care or ad-hoc work, and it never affects your ownership.
