01Do I need to set anything up?

No. We register and configure everything — domain, hosting, SSL, email, analytics. You approve the design and supply your content. There is no checklist of accounts for you to go and create.

02How long does it take?

3–10 business days once your content is in. Custom projects are dated in the proposal, and we tell you plainly if a deadline is not realistic.

03What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, the text for each page, and any images. If the copy is not ready, we shape what you send. That is the whole list.

04Do you work with businesses outside Singapore?

Yes, where the time difference still allows a same-day reply. Domain, hosting and email are managed the same way regardless of where the business is registered.

02Ownership

05Who owns the website?

You do. The domain is registered with your business as the registrant, and the design, content and code are yours. Everything is transferable to you in full, at any time, at no extra cost.

06Can I leave?

At any time, with no exit fee and no minimum term. We transfer the domain, the hosting, the email and the source code to whoever you nominate, and confirm the handover in writing.

07What does the care plan cost?

SGD 89 per month, billed monthly or annually, and it is included with every build. It covers hosting, domain, email, updates, backups, monitoring and small edits.

08How many rounds of refinement are included?

Starter includes one, Tailored includes two, and Custom is agreed up front. Additional rounds are quoted before any work starts.

09What are the payment terms?

A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due at launch. The split is stated on your proposal before you commit. Fixed-price packages do not change mid-project unless you ask for scope beyond what was agreed.

10What is included after launch?

Hosting, domain renewal, business email, SSL, security updates, backups, uptime checks and small content edits — all under your care plan, with one person to contact.

11What if I want changes later?

Send a message. Small edits are covered by the care plan and usually land the same week. Larger changes are quoted before any work starts.

12Can I edit the content myself?

Yes, on the sections set up for it, and Tailored and Custom builds include a short walkthrough. Most clients prefer to send a message and have us do it — that is what the plan is for.
